About Me
Hi, I’m Loretta!
Coach. Educator. Competitive Archer. Creator of AIM Creative.
I’m a competitive compound archer, a USA Archery Instructor Trainer, a Level 4 NTS Coach, and I hold a Master of Arts in Education and Training & Development.
I’ve spent years on the shooting line, in classrooms, and behind the bow helping archers improve not just their form, but their mindset.
Archery is often described as physical precision.
But anyone who has competed knows the truth.
The arrow is released long before the string moves.
It starts in the mind.

I founded AIM Creative after seeing how many archers struggled with nerves, confidence, and consistency.
We train our bodies relentlessly. We fine tune equipment. But mental training is often left to chance.
Through structured tools, guided mandalas, character-driven resources, and intentional design, I help archers strengthen focus, build discipline, and approach the line with clarity.
Everything I create is grounded in experience—on the shooting line, in the classroom, and through coaching.
I coach athletes. I compete. I train instructors.
This is not theory. It’s lived practice.
Whether you’re developing young archers, training for competition, or working on your own mental edge, my mission is simple: train your mind like you train your shot. The arrow reaches the target one shot at a time. Excellence is built the same way.
Learn with Awareness. Practice with Purpose. Live with Heart.
Today, AIM Creative is home to the AMP Archery Mental Practice collection and the Bullseye Besties children’s workbook series—published educational resources that help archers of all ages build awareness, practice with purpose, and perform with confidence.
