The Archery Mental Practice (AMP) system blends archery symbolism with mindful creativity. Inspired by the structure of the NTS Shot Process, AMP transforms each step into a simple, intentional practice—helping you strengthen both your mind and your shot.

Each design is intentionally created to guide your focus inward, helping you slow down, reflect, and move forward with clarity.

This is more than coloring.

A Simple 3-Step Mental Practice System

Each mandala is designed with symbolic archery elements to support focus, emotional release, and personal alignment. In archery, every shot offers an opportunity to learn. By taking time to slow down, breathe, and observe what happened, the archer gains insight that strengthens the next shot. This is the purpose of Rest, Reflect, Reset. The AMP Method guides you through three intentional phases:

Rest to build your focus and calm your mind to allow your body and mind to recover.

Reflect to find your flow and build awareness to invite understanding of your needs.

Reset to change your mindset and move forward with clarity. Reset prepares you to begin again with intention.

These mandalas remind us that growth comes through observation, patience, and thoughtful renewal. Each shot becomes a teacher. Each moment becomes an opportunity to grow. And each pause prepares you for the next arrow.

Steps for using the system:

  1. Choose your phase (Rest, Reflect, or Reset)
  2. Set an intention
  3. Begin coloring the mandala
  4. Focus on breath + repetition
  5. Journal your thoughts afterward
